FASTMOUSE RETURN POLICY


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.

Additionally, FastMouse extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the conditions described in this policy.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Keep its original packaging.

  • Include the corresponding purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For reasons of hygiene, safety or the nature of the product, returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable software.

  • Certain health and personal care items.


PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to FastMouse.

  • Items returned outside the 30-day period from delivery.


REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the product and the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed automatically using the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately several business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


LATE OR UNRECEIVED REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing may take a few days.

ITEMS ON SALE

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-refundable, unless they have a manufacturing defect.


CHANGES

Exchanges are only made if the product is defective or arrived damaged.

To request an exchange, you must first contact us by email at fastmouse2026@gmail.com . Once authorized, you must send the product to the address that will be provided to you by email.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a credit for the value of the returned product.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.


RETURN SHIPMENTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

The time required to receive a replacement product may vary depending on the customer's location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. FastMouse cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
